In response to student demand, Sacred Heart University in Farifield is adding a master of public health platform with a descent 2018 launching -- and program lead Anna Greer couldn't be more pleased .

Candidates for the grad program must have a bachelor's degree in any major from a four-year accredited university with a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Additionally, they must have earned a C tier or higher in college-level pre-calculus, statistics and sociology or psychology .
" I want to build a program that facilitates the development of other qualified public health professionals is fully committed to and roused about improving parish health ," added Greer. She estimated that the initial class will include 15 to 20 students, and said the search for three core faculty member should be underway by this dusk .
